Eligibility for Returns
- Product Condition: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was delivered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom/Personalized Orders: Please note that custom-made or personalized garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to request an exchange or refund.
Return Process

- Approval: Once we receive your request, we will confirm the eligibility of the return and provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless it’s due to damage or error on our part.
- Refund Process: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Personalized, altered, or customized items cannot be returned.
